Shijiazhuang, China – Shijiazhuang First Pump Factory Co., Ltd. has further strengthened its manufacturing capabilities with the establishment of a state-of-the-art casting workshop, equipped with advanced facilities to ensure high-quality production and efficiency.

The new workshop features 5 intermediate frequency induction furnaces for precision melting, supported by a direct-reading spectrum analyzer for accurate component inspection before furnace charging. This ensures strict quality control and superior casting performance.

To optimize production, the facility is equipped with 6 continuous sand mixers, capable of a maximum output of 40 tons per hour, along with 5 sets of cleaning equipment that handle castings weighing up to 300 tons. Additionally, the workshop includes 2 automatic sand processing lines with a capacity of 25 tons per hour, significantly improving efficiency in sand recycling and reuse.

Furthermore, the company has installed 22 sets of heat treatment equipment to enhance the mechanical properties and durability of castings, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.
