• Flexible Casing Rotation: Larger G/GH units use a unique segmented clamp ring, while smaller models feature a solid clamp ring. This design allows casing rotation to any angle, eliminating the need for costly, high-wear bends and reducing maintenance demands.

• Efficient Impeller & Sealing Design: Specially shaped impeller vanes handle extraordinarily large particles, while impeller expulsion vanes lower gland pressure and prevent high-concentration solids from intruding into the gland area. The unique casing and sealing vanes further block abrasive solids at sealing faces, maintaining efficiency by minimizing suction-side recirculation.

• Robust Casing Construction: The pump’s large, durable casing consists of three components (optimized for quick maintenance, unlike the 2-component 6/4 DG model). This design reduces internal velocities, minimizing efficiency loss and extending casing wear life.

• Gland Seal: A packed gland design compatible with ultra-low, low, or full-flow flush seal water arrangements.

• Blockage Buster Capability: The internal profile of G/GH pumps handles particles rarely accommodated by closed-vane pumps, avoiding lost production and screening issues.
