  • The pump's performance is driven by its advanced hydraulic design and specialized materials.

  • High Efficiency & Rigidity: The fully metallic wetted parts, with their high surface finish and precisely controlled dimensions, allow for minimal internal clearances. This reduces volumetric losses and contributes to a pump efficiency that is over 5% higher than comparable non-metallic pumps. Hydraulic friction losses are minimized, yielding at least a 3% efficiency advantage.

  • Superior Material Science: All wetted components—including the impeller, volute, rear liner, and suction liner—are manufactured from a proprietary high-chromium alloy developed in-house. This material is a low-carbon stainless steel with a primarily ferritic structure, which provides:

  • Excellent resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.

  • Enhanced mechanical and tensile strength.

  • Outstanding dynamic wear resistance, with an annual wear rate of only 0.008-0.08 mm, ensuring consistent long-term performance.

  • Enhanced Durability: The metallic liners possess superior resistance to sliding abrasion and shear forces, significantly outperforming standard non-metallic materials in withstanding prolonged abrasive wear.

Shaft Seal Options

The DT Series offers two highly reliable mechanical seal configurations to suit different plant utilities:

  • Water-Flushed Type: A double-sided mechanical seal featuring two sets of friction pairs. This design ensures extreme reliability and is capable of achieving a leak-free, drip-tight seal.

  • Flushless Type: A unique, self-flushing mechanical seal that utilizes the pumped medium. This design offers high operational reliability while eliminating the need for external flush water, resulting in significant water savings.
